STAGE 3 - DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Manage, coordinate, and integrate the detailed design development process within the project scope, time, cost, and quality parameters.

STAGE 4 - TENDER DOCUMENTATION & PROCUREMENT

Establishing and implementing procurement strategies and procedures, including the preparation of necessary documentation, for effective and timeous execution of the project.

STAGE 5 - CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION & MANAGEMENT

Managing and administrating the construction contracts and processes, including the preparation and co-ordination of the necessary documentation to facilitate effective execution of the works.

STAGE 6 - PROJECT CLOSE OUT

Managing and administering the project closeout, including preparation and coordination of the necessary documentation to facilitate the effective operation of the project
